Local Guys Equities is a unique group of real estate investors who purchase property (not just houses!) primarily in Northeast Georgia. If you need to sell immediately, we are ready to buy and can make you an offer right away and even close on your property within just days in some cases.
Mike Koch graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005. He was born and raised in Hall County and has been buying/selling homes within the area for quite some time. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his family, cycling, playing the guitar and cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs (when they are winning that is).
Mike has worked every part of the business and knows multiple ways to help out a homeowner/prospective purchaser. Mike has a passion for people and his primary goal in this business is in creating true win/win scenarios for all parties involved.
John Panico is a long time business owner and project manager for a national software company. He and his wife have called Hall County home for over 12 years. John has been investing in real estate for over 20 years. Active within the real estate community, John leads one of the fastest growing real estate investor groups in the country. He enjoys all aspects of real estate management/investing and loves to share his knowledge with others.
